Entrepreneurship is a term that can be defined by different definitions, and in one word it can be said that it is the driver of the world economy. However, entrepreneurship today is characterized by rapid changes in the environment, and entrepreneurs must adapt to such changes as soon as possible and as easily as possible. So, it can be said that it is a way of life, because entrepreneurs do not actually have working hours and it is impossible for them to separate work from private life. Globalization, meanwhile, is a process that affected the end of the 20th and early 21st centuries and influenced the change in the way we do business. As a process, globalization has emerged and grown rapidly over the last 30 years due to various factors, some of which are the movement of international financial capital, the development of commercial exchange and the growth of the rate of commercial realizability of national economies, the internationalization of enterprises and the expansion of international competition. This master's thesis will touch on the topics of the Đuro Đaković Group, as one of the companies affected by globalization.
