Abstract
Zelena salata (Lactuca sativa L.) je povrtna kultura, koja se koristi u prehrani ljudi jer je bogat izvor vitamina, minerala i vode te povoljno utječe na ljudsko zdravlje. Kako bi se očuvala kvalitativna svojstva i prinos zelene salate potrebno je tijekom proljetnog uzgoja biljke zaštititi od nepovoljnih agroekoloških uvjeta kojima mogu biti izložene. Ukoliko to nije moguće, biljke su izložene stresu. Za prevladavanje stresnih situacija i pomoć kod rasta koriste se sredstva koja sadrže aktivne tvari odnosno biostimulatori. Cilj rada bio je uzgojiti biljke zelene salate sorte Maradonne sa i bez primjene biostimulatora te utvrditi učinak biostimulatora na prinos. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na pozitivan učinak primjene biostimulatora pri uzgoju zelene salate sorte Maradonne.
Abstract (english)
Lettuce is a type of vegetable. The Latin name is Lactuca sativa L., used in human nutrition. It is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and water and has a beneficial effect on human health. In order to preserve the qualitative properties and yield of lettuce, it is necessary to protect the plant from unfavorable agroecological conditions to which they may be exposed during spring cultivation. If this is not possible, the plants are exposed to stress. To overcome stressful situations and help with growth, products containing active substancer or biostimulators are used. The aim od the study was to cultivate lettuce variets Maradonne with and without use of biostimulators and to determine the effect of biostimulators on yield. The obtained results indicate a positive effect of the use of biostimulators in the cultivation of lettuce varieties Maradonne.
