Abstract
U radu je prikazan dio ljevarstva kao industrijske grane, dok je cilj rada povezati svo prikupljeno znanje te ga objediniti na konkretnom primjeru lijevanja kućišta kompresora. Teorijski dio započinje prikazom ljevarstva kao tehnologije kojim će se izraditi kućište. Objašnjeno je o kakvom se strojnom dijelu radi, što je njegova zadaća u eksploataciji, te je potrebno razjasniti sve moguće metode izrade i zaključiti koja je optimalna, odnosno koja je u ovom primjeru najpogodnija s tehnološke, ali i s financijske strane. Činjenica je da su odljevci sastavni dio većine tehničkih sklopova te nezamjenjivi po načinu izvedbe, što znači da ne postoji metoda i tehnički postupak kojim bi se dobio dio s takvim karakteristikama i dimenzijama da može zamijeniti odljevak. Nakon što je izabran najprikladniji način izrade odabranim procesom lijevanja, provedene su i računalne simulacije.
Abstract (english)
This work presents foundry as an industrial branch, while its objective is to connect all collected knowledge, assemble it and present on specifical example, casting of compressor housing. Theoretical part begins with closer look on founry as process housing is going to be made with. Before the main part it's highly necessary to conclude what the job of compressor houding in exploatation is. Further more, it is necessary to optimise manufaturing methods, to observate which method is the most suitable from tehnological and financial station point of view. The fact is that most of tehnical asseblies are composed of casting parts and irreplaceable when it comes to production, so there is no method casting is to be replaced with. After the manufacturing method is established, casting details are to be set. This part ends with casting simulation as main objective of this work.
