Abstract U ovome radu se skreće pažnja na konflikte, kakav je njihov utjecaj u organizaciji.
Konflikt, drugim riječima sukobi često se događaju u poslovnim organizacijama. Provode se
česta istraživanja koja pokazuju da konflikt mogu se okrenuti u korist poslovanja organizacije.
Oni se mogu razvrstati u više skupina: 1. konflikti usmjereni na sadržaj rada, 2. proces rada, 3.
vezani za međuljudske odnose. S time su se razvile i vrste konflikata a to su: 1. konflikti s
obzirom na posljedice, 2. sudionike i konflikte s obzirom na predmet. Razvila se i potreba za
rješavanjem tih konflikata a njih ima 10 koji su: 1. Rješavanje problema, 2. Superiordniranje
ciljeva, 3. Ekspanzija resursa, 4. Izbjegavanje, 5. Izglađivanje, 6. Kompromis, 7. Autoritarni
nalozi, 8. Alterniranje ljudske varijable, 9. Alterniranje strukturalnih varijabli i 10.
identifikacija zajedničkih protivnika. Svako od njih donosi rješenje za određenu situaciju. Uz
tehnike rješavanja konflikata postoje i tehnike rješavanja intergrupnih konflikata koje su
fokusirane na rješavanje sukoba unutar grupe za razliku od općih tehnika rješavanja konflikata,
a to su: 1. komunikacija, 2. uključivanje vanjskih osoba u grupu, 3. alterniranje organizacijske
strukture i 4. stimuliranje natjecanja. Uz nastanak konflikata i njihovo rješavanje sukoba, treba
se osvrnuti i na najbitniju stavku a to je kako su nastali ti konflikt i koji su njihovi uzroci. Uzroci
konflikata se mogu podijeliti u četiri skupine: 1. međuovisnost, 2. razlike u ciljevima, 3. razlike
u percepcijama i 4. rastuća potreba za specijalistima. Cilj je poticati konflikte kako bi se oni
iskoristili u korist organizacije. Oni su korisni ako se iskoriste u pravo vrijeme s pravim
metodama, gdje bi se prikazala njihova uspješnost koju je moguće postići ako se rukovoditelji
dovoljno zanimaju i druže s suradnicima kroz razne sastanke koji mogu biti neformalne ili
formalne prirode.
Abstract (english) In tih paper, attention is drawn to conflicts. thats is their impact on the organization.
Conflict, in order words confilcts are frequent in buisness organizations. Research is being
concucted to show that conflicts can be classified into several groups: 1. conflicts focused on
the concent of work, 2. the process of work, 3. related to interpersonal relationships. With this
types of fonflicts have deveoped, whihc are: 1. conflicts with regard to consequences, 2.
participants and conflicts with regard to the subject. The need to resolve these conflicts ha salso
have developed, and there are 10 of them, which are: 1. Problem solving, 2. Superordination of
goals, 3. Expansion of resources, 4. Aviodance, 5. Voting, 6. Compromise, 7. Authoritarian
orders, 8. Alternating human variables, 9. Alternation of structural variables and 10.
indetification of common opponents. Each of them bring a solution to a particular situation. In
addiction to conflict resolution tehniques there are also intergroup conflict resolution tehniques,
there are focused on resolving conflicts within groups as oppposed to general conflicts
resolution tehniques, which are: 1. communication, 2. inclousion of outsiders in the group, 3.
alternation of organizotional structure and 4. stimulation of competition. In addiction on the
emergence of conflicts and figure out what are their causes. The causes of conflict can be
divided into their four gorups: 1. interdependence, 2. differences in goals, 3.differences in
percipions and 4. the growing need for specialists. The goal is so encourage conflicts. So that
they can be used at the right time with the right methods, where their sucess would be
demonstrated which can be achieved to a managers are suffienciently interesed and socilaize
with co – workes through various meeting that can be informal or formal in nature.
