Abstract
Samozapošljavanje je vrlo perspektivan i efektan način rješavanja radnog statusa i ostvarivanja poduzetničke ideje. Korisnicima potpora omogućeno je da se usredotoče na rad, razvoj i usavršavanje, a do pri tome nemaju brigu o početnom kapitalu. Sam ulazak u poduzetništvo bez zaduženja kod banaka čini odličnu priliku u osvajanju tržišta i razvoja samog poduzetnika. Aktivna politika samozapošljavanja i ulaganje u razvoj poduzetništva do sada se pokazala veoma poželjna i dalje vodi ka tome da se smanji nezaposlenost. U ovom radu pojasnit će se načini na koje se može pokrenuti poduzetnički proces poslovanja uz potpore koje nudi Hrvatski zavod no zapošljavanje. U uvodnom dijelu prikazat će se teorijski pregled pokretanja poduzetničkog pothvata, zatim detaljna analiza koraka potrebnih za dobivanje pojedinih potpora, to no samom kraju rada anketni upitnik pomoću kojeg su se prikupili potrebni podaci za formiranje ovoga rada
Abstract (english)
Self employment is a very promising and effective way of resolving employment status and realizing an entrepreneurial idea. Beneficiaries are enabled to focus on work, development and training without having to worry about start-up capital. Entering into entrepreneurship without borrowing from banks is a great opportunity to conquer the market and develop the entrepreneur himself. An active policy of self-employment and investment in the development of entrepreneurship has so far proved to be very desirable and continues to lead to a reduction in unemployment. This paper will explain the ways in which the entrepreneurial business process can be started with the support offered by the Croatian Employment Service. The introductory part will present a theoretical overview of starting an entrepreneurial venture, then a detailed analysis of the steps required to obtain individual grants and at the very end of the paper a questionnaire that collected the necessary data for the formation of this paper.
