Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu ovog završnog rada objašnjeno je šta su to općenito alatni strojevi, CNC tokarilice i glodalice. Objasnit će se što su to stezne glave i stezne čeljusti kao dijelovi CNC tokarilice te koje su njihove funkcije. Također će se prikazati i podjele steznih glava i steznih čeljusti. U glavnom dijelu završnog rada biti će detaljno opisan postupak izradne steznog alata(čeljusti) za tokarski stroj koji se sastoji od dva stezanja. Za svako stezanje te određivanja tehnoloških operacija radit će se pomoću programa CATIA V5R19 te generiranje G-coda pomoću CAD/CAM. Bit će prikazana i dokumentacija sa slijedom operacija i odabira alata za obradu, operacijskog lista kao i G-cod koji će programiran biti unešen u CNC-stroj pri praktičnoj izradi. Također uz svaku tehnološku operaciju bit će prikazan proračun te očitavanja pojedinih parametara kao i odabir alata iz kataloga Metal- Kovis i Sandvik.
Abstract (english)
In the introductory part of this final paper, it will be explained what are machine tools in general, CNC lathes and milling machines. It will be explained what clamping heads and clamping jaws are as parts of a CNC lathe and what their functions are. In addition, it will be explained the division of clamping heads and clamping jaws too. The main part of the final paper will describe in detail the process of making a clamping tool (jaw) for a lathe, which consists of two clamping procedures. Each clamping procedures and determination of technological operations will be done using the CATIA V5R19 program and G-code using CAD / CAM. Documentation of processing tools, operating papers and G-Cod that will be programmed will also be presented in CNC-machine during practical development. To complete the description of technological operation, this final paper will include all the calculations and readings of individual parameters, as well as the wide selection of tools from the Metal- Kovis catalog and Sandvik.
