Abstract
Digitalna transformacija poslovanja označuje primjenu digitalne tehnologije u cilju stvaranja prihoda, razvoja novih poslovnih modela i novog načina poslovanja. Digitalna transformacija nastaje u trenutku kada poduzeće počne provoditi korjenite promjene u najvažnijim poslovnim aktivnostima kao što su strategija, poslovni procesi i modeli te organizacijska klima. Digitalna transformacija utječe na sve sektore gospodarstva i tako mijenja život ljudi, rad i komunikacije Digitalna transformacija predstavlja jedan od glavnih prioriteta Europske unije. Program Digitalna Europa usmjeren je na jačanje tehnološke neovisnosti i podizanje konkurentnosti Europe u digitalnom gospodarstvu, a cilj je ostvariti koristi za društvo i gospodarstvo. Digitalna transformacija hrvatskih poduzeća neizbježna je jer bez digitalne transformacije nema konkurentnosti.
Abstract (english)
Digital transformation means the application of digital technology to generate revenue, develop new business models and new ways of doing business. Digital transformation occurs when a company implements radical changes in the most important business activities such as strategy, business processes and models, and organizational climate. Digital transformation affects all sectors of the economy and thus changes people's lives, work, and communications Digital transformation is one of the main priorities of the European Union. The Digital Europe program aims to strengthen technological independence and increase Europe's competitiveness in the digital economy, with the aim of delivering benefits for society and the economy. Digital transformation of Croatian companies is inevitable because without digital transformation there is no competitiveness.
