Abstract
U ovom radu je opisana važnost kvalitete u organizaciji. Istaknuti su aspekti kvalitete prema četiri temeljna kriterija iz kojih proizlazi kontrola kvalitete. Analizirana je kontrola kvalitete u poduzeću prema fazama proizvodnog procesa. Ona uključuje ulazni nadzor kvalitete, kontrolu kvalitete u proizvodnom procesu i završnu kontrolu kvalitete. U poduzeću je odabran proizvod na temelju kojeg su opisane metode kontrole kvalitete. Opisana je svrha i područje primjene navedenog proizvoda, materijal, te tehnologija izrade. Kontrola kvalitete zasuna 2 9/16'' definirana je planom kontrole kvalitete. Plan kontrole kvalitete predstavlja temelj provjere odabranog proizvoda. U radu su detaljno opisane aktivnosti plana kontrole kvalitete, opisani su postupci ispitivanja te su prikazani izvještaji kontrole na primjeru zasuna 2 9/16''.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the importance of quality in the organization. Quality aspects are highlighted according to the four basic criteria from which quality control results. Quality control was analysed on the steps taken at the manufacturing process stages. It includes input quality control, quality control in the production process and final quality control. The product has been selected on the basis of which quality control methods are described. The product, material, and manufacturing technology are explained in terms of their purpose and application area. Valve quality control 2 9/16'' is defined by the quality control plan. The quality control plan shall constitute the basis for the verification of the selected product. The paper describes in detail the activities of the quality control plan, describes the test procedures, and presents the control reports on the example of the valve 2 9/16 ''.
