Abstract
Bonton je poznavanje i pridržavanje određenih pravila ponašanja. Bonton u poslovnom okruženju je poznavanje i pridržavanje pravila među zaposlenicima u organizacijama. Jako je bitno znati kako se ponašati u određenoj situaciji kako pojedinac ne bi dovodio sebe i druge u neugodnu situaciju. Poslovni bonton sadrži pravila ponašanja prilikom predstavljanja i oslovljavanja, prilikom poslovnog ručka, sastanka i domjenka te pravila poslovnog odlijevanja za muškarce i žene. Važnost bontona u poslovnom okruženju treba proučavati i primjenjivati jer je bitan segment svake organizacije. Analiza važnosti bontona u poslovnom okruženju tre-bala bi biti dio svake organizacije te bi se zaposlenicima postavljati pitanja o važnosti bontona i analizirati ih.
Abstract (english)
Etiquette is the knowledge and adherence to certain rules of conduct. Etiquette in a business environment is knowing and adhering to the rules among employees in organizations. It is very important to know how to behave in a certain situation so that the individual does not put himself and others in an awkward situation. Business etiquette contains rules of conduct dur-ing presentations and addresses, business lunches, meetings and receptions, and rules of busi-ness outflow for men and women. The importance of etiquette in the business environment should be studied and applied because it is an essential segment of any organization. Analyzing the importance of etiquette in a business environment should be part of any organisation and ask employees questions about the importance of etiquette and analyze them.
