Abstract | U ovom završnom radu opisan je ples, vrste plesa, sat tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture te utjecaj tjelesnog vježbanja na cjelokupan razvoj djeteta. Navedena tematika pripada području tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. Plesom se tijelo ritmično pokreće u skladu s glazbom. Postoji ples u obliku umjetnosti i u obliku sporta. Glazba i ples su usko povezani te su vrlo važni za razvoj djeteta u ranom i predškolskom odgoju kao i igra. Praktični dio rada je opisan je kroz prikazivanje sata tjelesnog vježbanja u predškolskoj ustanovi. Tema provedenog sata tjelesnog vježbanja je ples. Sat se sastoji od početnog A, početnog B, središnjeg A, središnjeg B i završnog dijela sata. U svakom dijelu sata djeca obavljaju zadane zadatke i savladavaju nove motoričke sposobnosti. Plesni dio se nalazi u središnjem A dijelu sata gdje su djeca slobodnim odabirom raspoređena u parove. Koreografija je osmišljena na pjesmu "Što se u vrtiću radi". Sastoji se od plesnih pokreta kao što su stupanje na mjestu, vrtnja u parovima, spuštanje u parovima i pojedinačno, iskorak istom rukom i nogom, vrtnja rukama u jednu i drugu stranu i poskakivanje u parovima u krug. Kroz provedbu plesnog sata djeca se upoznaju s novim motoričkim kretnjama, stječu nova iskustva, usavršavaju svoje plesne pokrete, surađuju, komuniciraju i uživaju u pozitivnoj energiji. |
Abstract (english) | Dance, types of dance, physical and health education as well as the influence of physical exercise on the overall child’s development are described in this final study. The aforementioned is in the field of physical and health culture. By dancing, the body moves rhythmically in accordance with the music. The dance can be defined as an art form and as a sport. Music and dance are closely related and are very important for a child's development in early and preschool education, as is play. The practical part of the study is presented throughout a physical exercise class in a preschool institution. The theme of the physical exercise class is the dance. The class consists of an introduction A, and B, a main A and B and a final part of the class. In each part of the lesson, children perform assigned tasks and master new motor skills. The dance part is located in the main A part of the class, where the children are randomly assigned to dance couples. The choreography was designed for the song "What is being done in the kindergarten". It consists of dance movements such as stepping in place, spinning in pairs, descending in pairs and individually, stepping with the same arm and leg, spinning the arms to one side then the other, and jumping in pairs in a circle. Throughout the dance lessons, children get to know new rhythmics, gain new experiences, improve their dance movements, cooperate, communicate and enjoy positive energy dance leaves as a result in their bodies. |
