Abstract
Razumijevanje troškova ključno je za informirane poslovne odluke. Razumijevanje troškova, ali i njihovo ispravno obračunavanje kao i predviđanje utječu na poslovni proces te na određivanje prodajnih cijena, sve sa ciljem kako bi poduzeće poslovalo što profitabilnije. Svako poduzeće suočava se s izazovima, rizicima i načinima obavljanja stvari, ali upravljanje troškovima ostaje ključna vrijednost koja može potaknuti uspjeh. Diferencijacija i konkurentska prednost za veći rast proizlaze iz njegove sposobnosti za inovacije. Učinkovito upravljanje troškovima za poslovanje podržava i nadopunjuje poslovne inovacije. Ono što treba znati je da nema čarobnih stepenica, ni u životu ni u poslu; stoga je prihvaćanje odgovarajućeg okvira za upravljanje troškovima krajnji ključ za izgradnju održivog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Understanding costs is key to informed business decisions. It helps to determine the profitability of the business and how to determine prices. But proper costing is complex and many companies are not doing well. Cost accounting is a specialized process that differs from regular bookkeeping for payment or financial reporting purposes. Every business faces challenges, risks, and ways of doing things, but cost management remains a key value that can drive success. Differentiation and competitive advantage for higher growth stem from its ability to innovate. Effective business cost management supports and complements business innovation. What you need to know is that there are no magic steps, neither in life nor in business; therefore, adopting an appropriate cost management framework is the ultimate key to building a sustainable business.
