Abstract Lutkarstvo je područje kreativnog izražavanja djeteta koje dovodi do poticanja i obogaćivanja cjelokupnog razvoja djeteta gdje se angažiraju sve razvojne mogućnosti i sposobnosti koja su dio odgoja i obrazovanja. Upravo iz tog razloga, lutka u dječjem vrtiću je odlično motivacijsko i didaktičko sredstvo jer potiče potpuni razvoj djeteta, odnosno emocionalni, misaoni i zamišljeni svijet djeteta te ono kroz igru s njom stječe i obnavlja vlastita iskustva. U radu se koristila kvantitativna metoda anketnog upitnika sa 30 odgojitelja/ica u dječjem vrtiću Sunce na području Zadarske županije s ciljem da se dobije uvid u kojoj mjeri odgojitelji/ce koriste lutku u radu s djecom. Pokazalo se da ispitanici/ce još uvijek nedovoljno koriste scensku lutku u radu s djecom zbog nedovoljne vlastite kreativnosti i činjenice da rad s lutkama iziskuje puno vremena. U njihovim lutkarskim igrama djeca sudjeluju kao publika i kao animatori, što omogućava djeci da oživljavaju lutke i komuniciraju sa njom. Najčešći literarni predlošci za lutkarske igre su bajke i basne, a osobitosti teksta za lutkarsku igru, po mišljenju ispitanika/ca, su maštovitost, dinamičnost, tekstovi sa fazama napetosti i smirivanja i didaktička nenametljivost. Najčešća tema u lutkarskim igrama je prijateljstvo, a najčešći likovi u su ljudi. U radu s djecom najčešće se koriste lutke na štapu i ručne lutke, a materijal od kojih najčešće izrađuju scenske lutke je papir i vuna i tkanina. Ispitanici/ce koriste glavne i sporedne lutke, pri čemu su glavne lutke veće i imaju pozitivne karakterne osobine. U lutkarskim igrama ispitanici/ce koriste pozornicu (prednji dio, stražnji dio, bočna kulisa), scenografiju i glazbu, gdje su najzastupljenije dječje pjesme. Lutka ima veliku ulogu u zadovoljavanju dječjih potreba, u stvaranju dječje pozitivne slike o sebi, u poticanju dječje samostalnosti, u poticanju socijalne kompetencije djeteta te u poticanju dječjeg stvaralaštva. Upravo iz navedenih razloga, odgojitelji se trebaju što više angažirati u području vlastite kreativnosti te svakodnevno koristiti lutku u radu s djecom.
Abstract (english) Puppetry is an area of creative expression of a child leads to a stimulating and enriching the overall development of the child where they engage all the development features and capabilities that are part of education. For this reason, the doll in the kindergarten is an excellent motivational and didactic tool because it encourages the full development of a child, or emotional, thought and imagined world of the child and what the game with it acquires and restores their own experiences. The paper used the quantitative method of questionnaire with 30 educators kindergarten Sun in Zadar County in order to gain insight into the extent to which educators / will use a doll to work with children. It turned out that the respondents still don't use scenic doll in working with children because of insufficient own creativity and the fact that work with puppets requires a lot of time. In their puppet games, children participate as audience and as animators, allowing the children to come to life dolls and interact with it. The most common literary templates for puppet plays are fairy tales and fables, and the peculiarities of the text for puppet play, according to the respondents, the imagination, dynamism, texts with phases of tension and calming and didactic unobtrusiveness. The most common theme in the puppet games is friendship, and the most common characters in humans. When working with children are most often used puppets on a stick and hand puppets, and the material of which the most frequently made theatrical dolls paper and wool and fabric. Respondents use main and secondary dolls, where the main dolls bigger and have a positive character traits. In puppet games respondents use the stage (front, back, side scenes), set design and music, which are the most common children's songs. The doll has a major role in meeting the needs of children, in the creation of children's positive self-image, to encourage children's independence, in promoting social skills of the child and to encourage children's creativity. It is for these reasons, the educators need to be more engaged in the field of their own creativity and daily use doll in working with children.
