Abstract
U radu se govori o kriznom menadžmentu, većinom orijentirano na turistička poslovanja uz kratku teorijsku osnovu. Prikazana su rješenja malog kafića na otoku i rješenje velike katastrofe koja je obilježila Šri Lanku, Indoneziju i Tajland 2004. godine. Vidi se kako je krizni menadžment i upravljanje rizicima nužno za poslovanje svake organizacije jer se tako najbolje vidi pravi uvid u situaciju i ono što se želi postići s istom. Naravno da su obilježeni i problemi s kojima se suočavaju određene organizacije, ali je prikazan i način kako bi se trebale suočavati s istima. Isto tako prikazani su i određeni problemi i rizici turističkog poslovanja koji su nebrojeni i uglavnom iznenađujući i neočekivani pa i samim time uglavnom ne postoje rješenja koja će se primijeniti ako dođe do istih. Sigurnost u turizmu je također važna komponenta i prikazana su razmišljanja svjetskih stručnjaka o toj temi.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with crisis management, mostly oriented to tourism business with a short theoretical foundation. Small island cafe solutions and the solution of a large catastrophe marking Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Thailand in 2004 are presented. It is seen that crisis management and risk management are essential for the functioning of each organism, because it is the best way to see the real insight into the situation and what it wants to achieve. Of course there are signs and problems that some organisms are facing, but the way in which they should be faced is also presented. Also, certain problems and risks of tourism business are shown, which are countless and mostly surprising and unexpected, so there is usually no solution that will be applied if they come to them. Safety in tourism is also an important component and the world experts think about this topic.
