Napredovanja, plaće, priznanja, dodatna obuka i učenje, simboli statusa i druge materijalne kompenzacije vidljivi su mehanizmi alokacije specifičnih nagrada i vrednovanja rada unutar politike i prakse svake pojedinačne organizacije.
Abstract (english) One of the most important factors in human resource management is motivating and rewarding employees as one of the most significant resources of any company. The most common obstacle to this is how to properly motivate employees to make their work the best for the organization. Motivation is the key to achieving high results, creativity, and innovative employees. Cash and non-cash incentives greatly affect the organization's attractiveness factor, affecting the arrival of new employees in the company, their retention, and their success. The development and significance of human resources and resources is increasing, and resource management is considered to be the primary interest of an organization that deals with higher levels of management. Employee performance depends on a combination of skills, knowledge and motivation. If one of these three ingredients is missing, the work performance will not be optimal and the rewards are a key factor in attracting and retaining employees. The prizes are those that have a high performance to make attractive to employees, must encourage employees to build new skills and fully care for the organization. This paper highlights the importance of wages and other benefits in today's time and is trying to show their development and impact on employee motivation. Advancements, salaries, acknowledgments, additional training and learning, status symbols, and other material compensation have mechanisms for allocating specific prizes and evaluating work within the policy and practice of each individual organization. For employees, this means additional benefits that will make life easier and make it more quality, and will therefore always prefer to choose an employer offering them more and more diverse benefits.
