Abstract Automobilska industrija je jedna od najvećih i najvažnijih industrija u svijetu, a automobilske kompanije se ubrajaju među najsnažnije i najveće svjetske kompanije. U ovom se radu analizira stanje i perspektive autoindustrije te izazovi njenog razvoja, prvenstveno s aspekta korištenja informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija u području prodaje. Zaključno, utvrđuje se perspektiva učinkovitosti i prilagodbe zaposlenika prodaje automobila u vidu razvoja informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologija.
Pametna upotreba ICT-a odnosi se na sposobnost poduzeća u lancu opskrbe da elektronički i neometano komuniciraju, izbjegavajući ili značajno smanjujući ručnu obradu podataka na papiru. Također se odnosi na neviđene mogućnosti tvrtki, posebno malih i srednjih poduzeća u koju skupinu spadaju poduzeća prodaje automobila u Hrvatskoj, za ulazak na nova tržišta omogućavajući im sudjelovanje u globalnim digitalnim lancima opskrbe. Svrha ovog istraživanja je utvrditi povezanost informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologija s poslovanjem poduzeća, te učinkovitost i prilagodbu zaposlenika radu podržanom modernim tehnologijama. Anketa sadrži dvadeset pitanja sa dva ili više ponuđenih odgovora i sva su obavezna. U anketi je sudjelovalo šezdeset i šest ispitanika. Svi ispitanici su odgovorili na sva pitanja. Potvrđujući sve hipoteze postavljene prije početka ankete, može se zaključiti da je ovo istraživanje potvrdilo ono što se pretpostavljalo, naime da zaposlenici prodaje automobila aktivno koriste informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije u svom radu, razumiju ih, sposobni su nadzirati promjene i primijeniti ih u obavljanju svojih poslovnih aktivnosti i zadataka. ICT utječe na uspješnost zaposlenika i optimizaciju poslovnih procesa.
Abstract (english) The automotive industry is one of the largest and most important industries in the world, with automotive companies among the most powerful and largest in the world. In this paper, consider the state and perspective of the auto industry and the challenge of its development, primarily from the point of view of using information and communication technology in the sales area. In conclusion, the perspective and adaptation of the car sales staff in the form of the development of information and communication technology was determined. Smart use of ICT refers to the ability of performing in business and electronic and unobstructed communication, avoiding or possibly reducing manual processing of paper data. They also refer to the unprecedented opportunities of companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises where joint ventures for sale in Croatia have enabled participation in global digital chains to reach new markets. The purpose of this research is to determine the connection between information and communication technologies with the business of the company, and to utilize and adapt employees who work with modern technologies. The survey containes twenty questions with two or more answers offered and all were compulsory. Sixty-six respondents participated in the survey. All respondents answered all questions. Confirming all the hypotheses raised before the survey began, it can be concluded that this research confirmed what is being transformed, namely that sales employees actively use information and communication technologies in their work, understand them, are able to monitor changes and apply them to their employment activities and tasks. ICT influences employee performance and optimization of business processes.
