Abstract Zadovoljstvo potrošača od velike je važnosti za destinaciju i njenu turističku ponudu, a to se očituje kroz rezultate koje donose određeni projekti ili događaji. Zadovoljstvo potrošača predstavlja rezultat konzumacije određenog proizvoda ili usluge, a za posljedice može imati pozitivne ili negativne učinke. U turizmu je jako bitno zadovoljiti želje i potrebe turista kako bi se potaknula
želja za ponovnim povratkom u destinaciju. Stoga veliki značaj ima upravo manifestacijski turizam, specifični oblik turizma temeljen na motivu posjeta manifestacijama, a postoje razne vrste manifestacija. Njihova uloga u turističkoj ponudi destinacije je zasigurno važna zato jer doprinosi samoj destinaciji i razvoju turizma u istoj. U ovom radu je korištena benchmark analiza pet najznačajnijih Advenata pomoću koje se dolazi do određenih rezultata gdje su uočeni određeni nedostatci manifestacije Advent u Zadru i također kako bi se omogućilo unaprijeđenje ponude Adventa u Zadru. Nadalje, korištena je SWOT analiza Adventa u Zadru kako bi se utvrdilo koje su snage i slabosti Adventa, ali isto tako koje su prilike i prijetnje. Advent kao manifestacija ima veliki značaj ne samo za lokalnu zajednicu, već i za turističku ponudu i gospodarstvo. Većinom temeljeno na ekonomskoj koristi koju mogu iskoristiti lokalna zajednica i grad Zadar. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da su posjetitelji zadovoljni manifestacijom i da se kreće u pozitivnom smjeru, uz preinake malih nedostataka. Najčešća dob ispitanika je u dobi između 18 – 25 godina, a najveći broj ispitanika su samci. Najveći broj ispitanika ima završenu srednju školu, odnosno gimnaziju, a najčešće zanimanje je student, odnosno učenik. Najveća posjećenost Adventa je vikendom i to između 18 – 24 sata. Najveći broj ispitanika je zadovoljan lokacijom i cijenama hrane i pića. Zanimljiva činjenica je ta da je najveći broj ispitanika nezadovoljan sanitarnim čvorovima što ukazuje na to da se treba dogoditi neka promjena u tom smjeru.
Abstract (english) Consumer satisfaction is of great importance for the destination and its tourist offer, and this is manifested through the results brought by certain projects or events. Consumer satisfaction is the result of consuming a particular product or service, and can have positive or negative effects. In tourism, it is very important to satisfy the wishes and needs of tourists in order to encourage the desire to return to the destination. Therefore, manifestation tourism is of great importance, a specific form of tourism based on the motive of visiting events, and there are various types of events. Their role in the tourist offer of the destination is certainly important because it contributes to the destination itself and the development of tourism in it. In this paper, a benchmark analysis of the five most important Christmas Markets was used, which leads to certain results where certain shortcomings of the Advent event in Zadar were noticed and also to enable the improvement of the Christmas Market offer in Zadar. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis of Christmas Market in Zadar was used to determine the strengths and weaknesses of Christmas Market, but also the opportunities and threats. Christmas Market as an event is of great importance not only for the local community, but also for the tourist offer and the economy. Mostly based on the economic benefits that can be used by the local community and the city of Zadar. The results of the research indicate that visitors are satisfied with the event and that it is moving in a positive direction, with modifications of small shortcomings. The most common age of the respondents is between 18 and 25 years old, and the largest number of respondents are single. Most of the respondents have completed high school, and the most common working status is a student. The highest attendance at Christmas Market is on weekends, between 18 and 24 hours. Most respondents are satisfied with the location and prices of food and beverages. An interesting fact is that the majority of respondents are dissatisfied with the sanitary facilities, which indicates that some change should take place in this direction.
