Također smo zabilježili i alternacije u korištenju zamjenica.
Abstract (english) The aim of this thesis was to establish when, how and in which contexts the address forms tú and usted are used in the clips of the series Historia de un crimen: Colmenares from Bogotá, Colombia, and to determine whether a phenomenon ustedeo can be found in it. The results demonstrate the predominance of usted among men and tú among women. In the upper social class, tú is predominant, while the lower class is dominated by usted. The characters from the middle class switch between usted and tú, depending on the sex/gender of the interlocutor (usted among men, tú with/between women), profession (usted with superiors) and the relationship with the interlocutor (tú between parents and children). The characters from the first-generation exchange usted and tú, while those of the second-generation use usted. In the relations between superiors and inferiors the reciprocal treatment is usted. Some characters from the Atlantic Colombian coast maintain the typical use of tú of their region, while others adapt their linguistic behavior and men use usted with other men. As for the phenomenon of ustedeo within families, it was found only in the treatment between brothers. Men addressed their male friends with usted, while they used tú with female friends. Furthermore, women used both tú and usted with their male and female friends. Both female and male friends who used usted with each other added a noun with which they expressed confidence: marica, parce. As for the pronoun tú, it predominates among couples, spouses and parents and children. However, the alternations in the address forms within the same conversation have been also found. The characters that usually use tú, in situations of anger, reproach and disagreement use usted. On the other hand, the characters that usually use usted, use tú for certain instrumental purposes, such as asking for a favor.
