Proučavajući njegov razvitak, može se zaključiti da dosta destinacija teži masovnosti. Na taj način destinacije postaju biti identične. Što se tiče istraživanja, uglavnom su u centru pozornosti velike destinacije. ... More godina. Samo Posedarje i Vinjerac su oduvijek bila atraktivna mjesta za odmor, no sada tendenciju prema tome imaju i ostala mjesta poput Slivnice i Podgradine. Stoga je važno istražiti takve male destinacije odnosno turiste koje borave u njima. U turističkim odredištima unutar Općine Posedarje uglavnom borave domaći turisti, te se stoga istraživanje za potrebe ovog diplomskog rada baziralo na analiziranje profila i zadovoljstva domaćih turista. U prvom poglavlju pod nazivom „Turizam“ je riječ o samome turizmu kao pojavi te osnovnim pojmovima u turizmu. Uz sve ostale vrste turizma, naglasak je stavljen na seoski turizam koji predstavlja vrstu turizma kojoj se sve više teži u odredištima na području Općine Posedarje. Pojašnjen je pojam seoskog turizma, karakteristike seoskog turizma te njegove implikacije na male destinacije. Drugo poglavlje pod nazivom „Menadžment turističke destinacije“ govori o destinacijskom menadžmentu odredišta koji je prisutan i u malim turističkim odredištima. Pojašnjen je i turizam u manjim destinacijama te opće karakteristike i turizam turističkih odredišta na području Općine Posedarje. Treće poglavlje govori o zadovoljstvu potrošača odnosno turista koji također predstavljaju jednu vrstu potrošača ali u turističkom pogledu. Posljednje poglavlje se odnosi na istraživanje ovog diplomskog rada odnosno rezultate istraživanja. Provedenim istraživanjem i pregledom rezultata zaključeno je da u odredištima na području Općine Posedarje borave domaći turisti iz različitih gradova sa područja unutrašnjosti Hrvatske, srednje životne dobi, više od 14 dana, uglavnom su smješteni u apartmanima, s glavnim motivom za odmor i relaksaciju. Testiranjem hipoteza zaključeno je da postoji povezanost između potrošnje i zadovoljstva turista ali ne postoji povezanosti između motiva i zadovoljstva turista. Less Abstract (english) Lately tourism has become ubiquitous presence. Studying its development it can be concluded that a lot of destinations want massiveness. That way destinations become identical. As far as research goes, it shows that big destinations are mostly the centre of attention. Feeling the need to divert the attention to the small destinations, theme and research of this graduate thesis is focused on a small destination near Zadar: Municipality Posedarje. ... More Posedarje is present for years. Just Posedarje and Vinjerac had always been attractive spots for vacation, but now people have tendency to visit places like Slivnica and Podgradina. So it is important to research these little destinations, or better yet, tourists that stay there. The tourists that visit within tourist destinations of Municipality Posedarje are mostly domestic tourists, so research done for needs of this graduate thesis is based on analysing profiles and satisfaction of domestic tourists. The first chapter that is named „Tourism“ is about tourism itself as a presence and basic concepts in tourism. With all other types of tourism, the point is made on rural tourism that presents the type of tourism that more and more people want in destinations in Municipality Posedarje area. The term rural tourism is explained, also the characteristics of rural tourism as well and implication that this type of tourism has on small destinations. The second chapter named „Management of tourist destination“ is about destinational management of a place that is present even in the small tourist destinations. It is explained how tourism in small destinations works and basic characteristics and tourism of tourist destinations in the area of Municipality Posedarje. The third chapter is about satisfaction of the customers or tourists that also represent one type of customers but in tourist aspect. The last chapter is about the research of this graduate thesis. With conducted research and viewed results it is concluded that in destinations on the area of Municipality Posedarje come domestic tourists from different cities from the area of interior Croatia, middle age, more than 14 days, mostly situated in apartments, with vacation and relaxation as the biggest motive. Testing the hypothesis it is concluded that exists the link between the consumption and satisfaction of tourists, but the link between motive and satisfaction of the tourists does not exist.
