Abstract U ovom radu najveća važnost pridaje se sistematizaciji korektivnih vježbi za spuštena stopala djece predškolske dobi. U početnom dijelu rada prikazane su osnovne karakteristike stopala i anatomija. Prikazane su i metode za utvrđivanje spuštenog stopala raznih autora. Prilikom provođenja korektivnih vježbi ili vježbi za prevenciju spuštenih stopala, važno je poznavati karakteristike i mogućnosti djece predškolske dobi. Prilikom primjene korektivnih vježbi vrlo je važno uvesti u obzir dobnu skupinu djece. Navedeni su mnogobrojni primjeri vježbi. Aktivne i pasivne vježbe, razne elementarne igre za djecu prema dobnoj skupini, program vježbi za prevenciju i terapiju ravnog stopala, vježbe za jačanje mišića stopala, te set rekvizita i vježbi za terapiju spuštenog stopala. Kod primjene svih oblika vježbi i igara važan je broj ponavljanja određenih vježbi, kroz različite dijelove sata za djecu mlađe i starije dobne skupine. Kako bi djeci aktivnosti bile primjerene i zanimljive, provoditelj vježbi se treba voditi onim aktivnostima koje su djeci najbliže, a to je igra i dramatizacija aktivnosti. Na takav način djeca prihvaćaju svaku aktivnost i bez poteškoća ih izvode. U završnom dijelu rada prikazan je poligon „Korpol 89“ za grupnu prevenciju spuštenog stopala, ali i za osobnu korekciju različitih oblika spuštenog stopala. Sastoji se od nekoliko staza različitih podloga i oblika. Poligon prepreka kao sredstvo rada s djecom također je naveden u ovom radu. Pomoću njega koristimo se različitim zadacima: trčanje, preskakivanje, penjanje, puzanje, povlačenje, bacanje itd. Koriste se i razna pomagala i rekviziti. Navedeni su primjeri poligona za djecu predškolske dobi. Kroz ovakve načine rada djeci se omogućuje vježbanje uz igru i zabavu, dok voditelji trebaju biti maštoviti i kreativni.
Abstract (english) In this work, primary emphasis is given to the systemization of corrective exercises for flat feet in pre-school children. The introductory part offers an overview of basic characteristics of feet and their anatomy, as well as various authors' methodology for identifying flat feet. Awareness of characteristics and abilities of preschool children is vital for carrying out corrective and preventive exercises. Additionally, it is crucial to consider the children's age when applying methods of exercise. Different examples of effective exercise and therapy are also analyzed. These include active and passive exercises, exercise games for children by age groups, workout plans for prevention and treatment of flat feet, exercises for strengthening foot muscles and sets of specialized equipment. When applying methods of treatment and prevention, priority should be placed on exercise repetition over periods of time depending on the children's age. To make the activities interesting for children, instructors should modify sessions to make them both relatable and appropriate, which can include different games and play pretend sessions. This enables children to accept the activities and complete them without setbacks. The final part of the work focuses on the “Korpol 89“ obstacle course, which targets different conditions of flat feet and can be carried out in groups or individually. It consists of a number of paths with different tiles and shapes, serving as an example of a typical obstacle course used in flat feet therapy. Obstacle courses use running, jumping, climbing, crawling, backpedaling, throwing and other motions, alongside a selection of tools and props. Instructors use their creativity to design activities that allow children to exercise in fun and engaging environments.
