The SARS-CoV-2 virus caused a COVID-19 pandemic that spread to almost the entire world and caused a crisis in the healthcare system. After less than a year, various vaccines were developed as the main solution in the fight against the pandemic. Despite this fact, many people are still hesitant about the vaccine and show no willingness to vaccinate. Health professionals are among those people, although their behaviour and attitudes should demonstrate the safety and importance of the vaccine. The aim of this paper was to examine the attitudes of nurses in the COVID centre of KBC Split about the coronavirus vaccine. The hypothesis was that the nurses and technicians from the COVID cetre would differ in their views on the vaccine against the virus. Those who suffered from the virus, those who are already vaccinated and the older age groups should have a more positive attitude. In this research, a questionnaire was used to examine attitudes, demographic data and concern factors, as well as the sources of attitudes. The results indicate the existance of more positive attitudes towards vaccination among COVID centre older employees and those who have been vaccinated. There is no difference in attitude between those who suffered and those who didn't suffer from it and between the sexes. Vaccinated participants are generally not at all concerned about the vaccine, while unvaccinated participants are most concerned about infertility factors.
