Abstract Predmet istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada su organizacijski aspekti provođenja baštinskih projekata u šibenskim dječjim vrtićima. Baštinski projekti pomažu djeci da shvate vrijednost i bogatstvo ne samo materijalne, već i nevidljive sveprisutne nematerijalne kulturne baštine. Grad Šibenik svojim bogatim baštinskim okruženjem nudi pregršt poticaja za provedbu baštinskih projekata. Definirat će se pojmovi baštine i kulturne baštine te se analizira očuvanje i zaštita kulturne baštine u RH i kulturna baština grada Šibenika. Pojašnjava se važnost približavanja baštine djeci rane i predškolske dobi te analizira provedba baštinskih projekata. Ističe se značaj uloge odgojitelja, okruženja te suradnja s roditeljima, članovima obitelji i s lokalnim ustanovama. U glavnom dijelu rada su prikazani baštinski projekti u šibenskim dječjim vrtićima i provedeno kvalitativno istraživanje s ciljem ispitivanja organizacijskih aspekata u provedbi baštinskih projekata. Glavna osnova istraživanja je definiranje organizacijskih aspekata projekta; važnost provođenja baštinskog projekta, razlika između provođenja i organizacije baštinskih i ostalih projekata, uloga odgojitelja u baštinskom projektu, suradnja s roditeljima i članovima obitelji, suradnja s članovima stručno-razvojne službe, suradnja s ustanovama iz područja lokalne samouprave, definiranje poteškoća prilikom organizacije i provedbe baštinskog projekta i pomoći koja bi u budućnosti dovela do lakše i uspješnije provedbe baštinskog projekta. Istraživanje je provedeno kvalitativnom metodom putem polustrukturiranog intervjua s odgojiteljicama te su dobiveni podatci interpretirani deskriptivnom statistikom.
Abstract (english) The research topic of this master’s thesis are the organizational aspects of the heritage projects implementation in kindergartens in Šibenik. Heritage projects help children understand the value and richness of not only tangible, but also invisible and ubiquitous intangible cultural heritage. The city of Šibenik, with its rich heritage, offers a handful of incentives for the implementation of heritage projects. The general concepts of heritage and cultural heritage will be analysed, as well as the preservation and protection of cultural heritage in the Republic of Croatia and the cultural heritage of the city of Šibenik. The importance of bringing heritage closer to children of early and preschool age will be explained and the implementation of heritage projects will be further analysed. The importance of the role of the educator, the environment and cooperation with parents, family members and local institutions is emphasized. The main part of the paper includes heritage projects in kindergartens in Šibenik and qualitative research with the aim of examining organizational aspects in the implementation of heritage projects. The main basis of the research is to define the organizational aspects of the project; importance of the implementation of heritage projects, difference between implementation and organization of heritage and other projects, role of educators in heritage projects, cooperation with parents and family members, cooperation with members of professional development service, cooperation with local government institutions, defining the difficulties in organizing and implementing heritage projects and the assistance that would in the future lead to easier and more successful implementation of heritage projects. The research was conducted by a qualitative method through a semi-structured interview with educators, and the obtained data was interpreted using descriptive statistics.
