Abstract U radu su prikazani čimbenici kvalitete vode brodskih generatora pare te su opisane metode
analize i obrade vode brodskih generatora pare koje se koriste kako bi se izbjegli pogonski
problemi, poput taloženja kamenca, korozije i odnošenja kapljica vode s parom. Istaknuta je
svrha kontroliranja te su navedene granične vrijednosti sljedećih čimbenika kvalitete: tvrdoće,
slobodnog kisika, silicija, fosfatnih i kloridnih iona te pH vrijednosti, za napojnu vodu i vodu
unutar brodskih generatora pare. Posebna pozornost posvećena je testovima uzimanja uzorka
vode koji se koriste kako bi se saznala trenutna koncentracija određene karakteristike u vodi
brodskih generatora pare kao i metodama suzbijanja taloženja kamenca i korozije kod
brodskih generatora pare. Metode suzbijanja taloženja kamenca u brodskim generatorima pare
podrazumijevaju kombinaciju vanjskih i unutarnjih (kemijskih) tretmana, od kojih su posebno
istaknute metode kontroliranja karbonata, fosfata i svih polimera. S druge strane, od metoda
suzbijanja korozije kod brodskih generatora pare posebno su obrađene sljedeće metode:
fizičko otklanjanje kisika, otplinjavanje, kemijsko suzbijanje kisika, kontroliranje pH
vrijednosti vode i suzbijanje korozije kondenzata korištenjem neutralizirajućih amina.
Zaključno, ukazuje se na mogućnost kombiniranja navedenih metoda s nekim suvremenijim
metodama poput metode otkrivanja korozije uporabom svjetlovodne tehnologije te na nužnost
kontinuiranog djelovanja svih subjekata pomorskog prometa u pogledu poboljšanja kvalitete
vode brodskih generatora pare.
Abstract (english) This paper shows factors of water quality in steam generators and describes its methods of
analysis and treatment of water which is used to avoid operating failure, like a deposit of
scale, corrosion and carry-over. The emphasise is on purpose of controlling and limiting
values of water quality factors like: hardness, dissolved oxygen, silica, phospate and chloride
ions and pH value of boiler and feedwater of steam generators. Special attention is dedicated
to testing methods which are used to find out actual concentration of specific features in water
of steam generators and its control methods for scale deposition and corrosion. Scale control
in steam generators imply combination of external and internal (chemical) treatment of which
are specifically stated: carbonate cycle contol, phospate control and all polymer control cycle.
On the other hand, corrosion control in steam generators specially focuses on: physical
oxygen removal, deaeration, chemical oxygen removal, pH control and control of condensate
line corrosion with neutralising amines. In the end, it points to the possibility to combine
listed methods with some contemporary methods like finding corrosion using optical fiber
tehnology and necessity of continuous actions of all subjects in maritime transport in view to
improve quality of water in steam generators.
