Abstract
Lisne uši (Hemiptera: Aphidoidea) ubrajaju se u najvažnije štetnike poljoprivrednih kultura. Gotovo ne postoji biljna vrsta koju ne naseljavaju. Rad proučava utjecaj alkoholnog i vodenog ekstrakta svježe i sušene koprive (Urtica dioica L.) na crnu trešnjinu uš (Myzus cerasi F.). Svaki ekstrakt apliciran je u četiri koncentracije: 5%, 25%, 50% i 100%. Učinak ovih ekstrakata na lisne uši bilježen je nakon 24h, 48h i 72h. Najslabiji rezultati uočeni su kod primjene vodenog ekstrakta 25%-tne koncentracije sušene koprive. Alkoholni ekstrakti pokazali su najbolje rezultate. Isto tako, primijećeno je kako se mortalitet lisnih ušiju povećava s povećanjem ekspozicije bilo kojem od proučavanih ekstrakata. Rezultati ukazuju na mogućnosti ekstrakata koprive kao botaničkih pesticida.
Abstract (english)
Aphids (Hemiptera: Aphidoidea) are one of the most important pests of agricultural crops. There is almost no crop which is not settled by them. The paper studies influence of alcohol and water extract of fresh and dried stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.) on the black cherry aphid (Myzus cerasi F.). Each extract was applied at four concentrations: 5%, 25%, 50% and 100%. The effect of these extracts on the aphids was recorded after 24h, 48h and 72h. The lowest results were observed in the application of aqueous extract 25% concentration of dried stinging nettle. The alcohol extracts showed the best results. Also, it was noted how the mortality of aphids increases with increasing exposure to any of the studied extracts. Results points to the possibilities of nettle extracts as botanical pesticides.
