Abstract
Virusni proljev goveda je virusna bolest od koje prvenstveno obole goveda razlicite kategorije i dobi. Bolest u govedarskim farmama uzrokuje velike ekonomske štete, uglavnom u reproduktivnom pogledu. Serološki je pretraživana prisutnost virusa virusnog proljeva goveda u 41 uzorku seruma, upotrebom serum-neutralizacijskog testa. U ovom radu pretraživani su uzorci seruma koji su potjecali sa farme mlijecnih krava holštajn-frizijske pasmine goveda, gdje su životinje ocitovale klinicke znakove bolesti virusnog proljeva goveda. Prisutnost serum neutralizacijskih protutijela utvrdena je kod 28 krava, a seroprevalencija iznosila 68.9%. Analizom dobivenih rezultata, utvrdili smo da se serumneutralizacijski test može smatrati vrlo pouzdanom metodom u dijagnostici virusnog proljeva goveda.
Abstract (english)
Bovine Viral Diarrhea is a viral disease that primarily affects cattle of various categories and ages. The disease causes great economic damage on cattle farms, mainly because of reproductive losses. The presence of the viral diarrhea virus was serologically screened in 41 bovine serum samples, using the serum neutralization test. The serum samples in this study were collected on a farm of Holstein Friesian dairy cows, from animals that presented with clinical signs of bovine viral diarrhea. The presence of serum neutralizing antibodies was determined in 28 cows, and the seroprevalence was 68.9 %. Analyzing the results, we found the serum neutralization test can be considered as very reliable method in the diagnosis of viral diarrhea cattle.
