Abstract
Zoonoze su bolesti koje se prenose između životinja i ljudi. U posljednje vrijeme zoonoze kudnih ljubimaca, tako i pasa, dobivaju na vedoj važnosti, nego prije. Zbog navedenog, virusne zoonoze zauzimaju značajno mjesto u veterinarskoj medicini. Najčešde je riječ o bolestima koje u pasa prolaze asimptomatski ili s neprimjetnim kliničkim znakovima, dok u ljudi mogu biti vrlo opasne i imati smrtni ishod. S obzirom na to da se spoznaje o virusnim zoonozama u pasa mijenjaju iz dana u dan, potrebno je konstantno obnavljati znanje samih vlasnika o njima. Zbog toga ovaj rad predstavlja cjeloviti prikaz etiologije, epizootiologije, patogeneze, kliničke slike, dijagnostike, diferencijalne dijagnostike, liječenja i profilakse novih virusnih zoonoza i virusnih infekcija sa zoonotskim potencijalom u pasa te mu je svrha upoznavanje s novim potencijalno opasnim bolestima za ljude.
Abstract (english)
Zoonosis are infective dieases transmitted between animals and humans. Currently zoonoses in pet animals, with special emphasis on dogs as most favorite pets, are becoming more important for human health. Accordingly, viral zoonosis are highighted also in veterinary medicine. Majority of emerging zoonotic in dogs are subclinical or cause clinical signs rare with low mortality, but for the owners could be very harmful and even cause death. Considering of new knowledge about viral zoonosis in dogs, it is necessary to renew the knowledge of the owner about them. Consequently in this paper are described etiology, epizootiology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, diagnostic, differential diagnostic, therapy and prophylaxis of new viral zoonosis and viral infection with zoonotic potential in dogs to get acquainted students of veterinary medicine and also veterinarian with new potentially dangerous diseases for people.
