Abstract
U ovome radu navedeni su i opisani koštani tumori te druge bolesti koje se pojavljuju na cjevastim kostima u pasa.Rendgenološka pretraga je egzaktna dijagnosticka metoda koja se najviše koristi za postavljanje dijagnoze.Izmedu ostalih najucestaliji zlocudni tumor na kosti je osteosarkom,.Uzrokuje ozbiljne poremetnje u kretanju životinje i na kraju završi smrtnim ishodom.Izvedena je klasifikacija tumora po benignosti i malignosti preko koje je poželjno odrediti tip tumora. Cilj ove radnje je opisati patološka zbivanja na kostima pasa, te utvrditi njihov broj i mjesto pojavnosti u odredenom vremenskom periodu. Bol i šepavost su najcešci klinicki simptomi malignih koštanih procesa.Slikama i detaljnijim opisima klinickih znakova i samih patoloških procesa nastojali smo približno prikazati razlike malignih i benignih promjena na kostima. Prema raznim podacima iz literature dokazivali smo ucestalost odredenih tumora.Uzmimo za primjer primarne maligne koštane tumore kralješnice i glave koji su zastupljeni najmanje 30 % od svih pojava tumora skeleta.Vecina autora bez obzira na podatke iz literature tvrde da su manje od 10 % slucajeva rendgenografski dokazane metastaze pluca kod malignih koštanih procesa Prikazane su patološke promjene na svim kostima ,a prije toga prikazani su koštani tumori prema mjestu nastanka na svakoj kosti.Ostale patološke promjene prikazane su zbirno jer je manja ucestalost, a iznimku cini panostitis.Po posljedicama i simptomima koje može izazvati ne predstavlja ozbiljniju bolest.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes malignant bone tumors and other diseases that are manifested on the tubular bones in dogs.X-ray is an exact diagnostic method in most cases and is used for diagnosis.Among others, osteosarcoma is the most common tumor on the bone.Causes a serious disturbance in the movement of animals and ends with death.Classification of the tumors was performed by benignancy and malignancy after which is desirable to determine tipe of tumor. Goal of this work is to describe pathological events on bones of dogs then to determine their number and place in incidence in exact time period.Pain and lameness are most common clinical symptoms malignant bone processes.By pictures and detail describes of clinical signs and pathology processes we tried to show enough differences between malignant and bengin changes on bones.By different data from literature we proved frequency some of the tumors.Let us take for example primary malignant bone tumors of spine and head who are represented for at least 30 % of all appearance of bone tumors.Most of authors regardless on data from literature claim that less that 10 % of cases are radiographic proved metastasis of lungs at malignant bone processes. Pathological changes are shown on all bones,and before that are shown bone tumors by place of occurrence on each bone.Other pathological changes are collectively shown because their numbers were small,but exception is panostitis.By symptoms and consequences he can cause he doesn’t represent serious disease.
