Abstract
Cost – benefit analiza je metoda ekonomske analize kojom se uspoređuju i vrednuju rezultati nekog projekta. S jedne strane gledaju se sve prednosti, koristi ili prihodi, a s druge strane gledaju se svi nedostatci, gubitci ili troškovi projekta za koji se analiza radi. Sve veličine koje ulaze u analizu moraju biti jednake mjerne jedinice, odnosno računaju se u novcu kao mjernoj jedinici. Da bi mogli reći da se radi o financijski isplativom projektu omjer prihoda i troškova mora biti veći od 1. Analizom kozarske farme dobili smo rezultat da se radi o financijski isplativom projektu, odnosno da prihodi nadmašuju troškove. Također možemo reći da s godinama prihodi farme u odnosu na troškove sve više padaju. Najveći troškovi su kao i kod već ranije analiziranih kozarskih farmi, troškovi hrane za životinje i troškovi za naftu, koji iz godine u godinu stalno rastu. Najveći prihod farma ostvaruje proizvodnjom mlijeka, i ta proizvodnja je ispod granice moguće proizvodnje i mogla bi se povećati.
Abstract (english)
Cost-benefit analysis is a method of economyc analysis that compares and validate results of some project.On the one hand every benefit matters, profit or revenues, on the other hand every mistake matters, losses or costs of the project that is being analysed. All the sizes that enter the analysis have to be the same unit, or count in money as a unit. If we could say that it is about financially profitable project, ratio of incomes and costs has to be bigger than 1. Analysis of a goat farm suggests that it is about financially profitable project, or that the incomes surpass the costs. Also we can say that with years profits of farms compared to costs increasingly fall. The biggest costs are as at earlier analysed goat farms, costs of food for animals and costs for machine fuel, that from year to year keep growing.The biggest income the farm generates from producing the milk, and milk production could be increased.
