Abstract
Prema nekim podacima, šezdeset posto je motociklista koji su doživjeli neku vrstu prometne nesreće dok je čak 23,5% njih imalo 3 do 5. Pri nastanku prometne nesreće, 65% motociklista dozivjelo je lake tjelesne ozljede, a skoro 30% teške tjelesne ozljede. Druga i treća najučestalija vrsta nesreća motociklista su nalet motocikla na ostala vozila ili nalet ostalih vozila na motocikl. Čest primjer takvih nesreća je oduzimanje prednosti, bilo ostalih vozila motociklu ili obrnuto. Razni faktori mogu dovesti do takve prometne nesreće, neprilagođena brzina, nepreglednost ceste, nepažnja vozača i ostalo. Prilikom nastanka prometne nesreće potrebno je obaviti analizu te nesreće kako bi se utvrdili uzroci njenog nastanka, ali i odgovornost sudionika. Pri analizi se pokušava objasniti što se dogodilo tijekom sudara, kako se dogodilo i gdje se dogodilo. Za razjašnjavanje spomenutih pitanja poduzima se očevid prometne nesreće koji u najvećem broju slučajeva daje rezultate očevida su ključne točke o kojima ovisi daljnji tok i rezultat cijele obrade.
Abstract (english)
According to some data, 60 % of motorcyclists experienced some kind of traffic accident while 23.5% of them had 3 to 5 traffic accidents. From those motorcyclists who were involved in the accident, 65% of them suffered minor injuries and almost 30% of them serious injuries. Very common type of motorcycle accident is a collision of a motorcycle with other vehicles or a collision of other vehicles with a motorcycle. Unadjusted speed, road blindness, driver negligence are some of many factors can lead to such a traffic accident. When a traffic accident occurs, it is necessary to perform an analysis of the accident in order to determine the causes of its occurrence as well as the responsibility of the participants. The analysis attempts to explain what happened during the collision, how it happened and where it happened. In order to clarify the mentioned issues, an investigation of the traffic accident is taken.
