Abstract
Svaki proizvođač teži postizanju i posjedovanju vlastitog i prepoznatljivog autohtonog proizvoda kako za samog sebe tako se postiže pozitivna slika za određeno mjesto i regiju. Sam autohtoni proizvod posebnost je svakog pojedinog mjesta na koje samo proizvođač ima pravo. U današnje vrijeme sve se više cijeni domaći autohtoni proizvod sa dobrom i istinitom pričom iza sebe, a stvaranje tog istog proizvoda iziskuje veliko odricanje, rad i napor svakog pojedinca u proizvodnji. Proizvodnja seže iz daleke prošlosti i prenosila se sve do danas, prilikom ikakvog planiranja proizvodnje i prodaje prvenstveno je najbitnije da proizvođač ima viziju kakav proizvod želi, na koji će ga način prezentirati, kako proizvesti. Također u samim početcima bitno je prvenstveno provesti selekciju proizvodnje, identificiranje proizvoda, njegov vizualni identitet, pozabaviti se samim primjerima iz okolice, željama ali posebno potražnjom stanovnika.
Abstract (english)
Each producer strives to achieve and own his own and recognizable autochthonous product in order to achieve a positive image for a certain place and region. The autochthonous product itself is a specialty of each individual place, where only the producer has the rights. Nowadays, domestic autochthonous product with a good and true story behind it is more and more appreciated, and the creation of the same product requires great sacrifice, work and effort of every individual in production. Production dates back to the distant past and has been carried on until today, when planning production and sales, it is primarily most important that the producer has a vision of what kind of product he wants, how he will present it, how to produce it. Also, in the very beginning, it is important to carry out selection of production, identification of the product, its visual identity, to deal with examples from the surrounding area, wishes or special demand of residents.
