The topic of this final paper is the contract for work. The first part of this work briefly discusses the basic principles of the Civil Obligation Act, in order to facilitate understanding of the contractual obligatory relations (specifically service contract), which are set out in a separate part of ZOO. Furthermore, the parties of the obligatory relations and the provisions laid down for the conclusion of contracts will be exposed. the second part of this work will exhibit on the contract for work and its concept and characteristics, the contracting parties (client, contractor), a way of concluding the service contract based on the competition, and the ways of terminanting the contract for work. The thirad part of this work will bring up the differences between contracts for work and contruction contracts, In conclusion, knowledge obtained by collecting materials for writing this work will be exposed. This primarily refers to the difference between the essential elements of the construction and service contracts, and the scope of responsibilities between service contracts and construction contracts, as well as what that responsibility consists of.
