Abstract
Planiranje u poduzeću je vrlo aktualna tema, posebice u ovim vremenima kada je potrebno vrlo detaljno razraditi svaki dio poslovanja, odnosno upravljanja poslovanjem poduzeća. Svako poduzeće utvrđuje ciljeve kojima teži i treba neprekidno voditi brigu o odvijanju i poboljšanju svojega poslovanja što je uvjet da postigne zadovoljavajuće rezultate i opstane na tržištu. Svrha ovog rada je ukazivanje važnosti uloge planiranja kao funkcije upravljanja, ali i povezanost planiranja sa izradom poslovnog plana poduzeća jer navedeni poslovni plan poduzetnika, predstavlja njegov osobni odraz te očekivane potencijale i koristi od njegove realizacije.
Abstract (english)
Business planning is a very topical topic, especially in these times when it is necessary to elaborate in detail every part of the business, that is managing the business of the company. Each company sets goals that it strives for and needs to constantly take care of running and improving its operations, which is a condition for achieving satisfactory results and staying on the market. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of the role of planning as a function of management, but also the connection of planning with the development of a business plan of an enterprise, since the stated business plan of the entrepreneur represents his personal reflection and the expected potentials and benefits of its realization.
