Abstract
Problematika rada je prisutnost nedovoljnog poznavanja vrsta temeljnih modela vodstva u poslovnim organizacijama te karakteristike istih. Zanimljiva činjenica je ta da postoji mnoštvo različitih definicija vodstva, ali sve su nastale od iste materije. Isto tako zanimljivo je koliko je vrsta vodstva zapravo prisutno, a da svaka vrsta ima svoje specifične karakteristike. Dakle, kao temeljni modeli vodstva prisutni su „modeli osobina“, „bihevioralni modeli“ te „kontingencijski modeli“, a kao suprotnost njima prisutni su i suvremeni modeli vodstva.
Abstract (english)
This work deals with the presence of insufficient knowledge of the types of basic leadership models in business organizations and the characteristics of basic models. An interesting fact is that there are many different definitions of leadership, but they all came from the same subject matter. It is equally interesting how many types of leadership are actually present, with each type having its own specific characteristics. Thus, as basic models of leadership, „trait models“, „behavioral models“ and „contingency models“ are present, and in contrast to them are contemporary models of leadership.
