Business communication is the process of exchanging information between employees inside and outside the company. Effective business communication is the way employees and management communicate with each other in order to achieve organizational goals and be as aligned as possible with the company's core values. The reality of business organizations is that people must operate effectively within these organizations, and communication is the tool that enables this to be done effectively. It is important to understand that the traditional communication patterns of business communication have been greatly altered, and these changes in communication patterns are ubiquitous in organizations. Currently, companies are under the influence of the fourth industrial revolution, a concept based on the development of fully automated and intelligent production, which enables fully autonomous communication between key players in the company. This paper will give an overview of business communications in the past, today and what they are for the future. Modern communication tools that have appeared in the past twenty years, such as the Internet and mobile devices, have changed the way people communicate not only in everyday life, but also in business scenarios. There are two new forces driving innovation in communications, the Internet and globalization.
