Abstract
E-bankarstvo je postalo ključno za moderno poslovanje, mijenjajući način na koji financijske institucije rade i kako korisnici upravljaju svojim financijama. Korištenje naprednih tehnologija, kao što su umjetna inteligencija i analiza velikih podataka, omogućilo je automatizaciju mnogih procesa, personalizaciju usluga i poboljšanje sigurnosti i korisničkog iskustva. Banke koje uspješno integriraju ove tehnologije i prilagode se sve većim i promjenjivim potrebama svojih klijenata bit će najbolje pozicionirane za uspjeh u digitalnoj eri. E-bankarstvo nije samo budućnost financijskih usluga, već i ključ za održavanje konkurentnosti na današnjem tržištu. S rastućim brojem korisnika koji preferiraju digitalne kanale, banke moraju kontinuirano inovirati kako bi pružile 24/7 usluge koje su lako dostupne s bilo kojeg mjesta. Istovremeno, upravljanje velikim količinama podataka omogućava preciznije predviđanje tržišnih trendova i donošenje informiranih poslovnih odluka. U konačnici, banke koje uspješno implementiraju e-bankarstvo moći će ponuditi superiorno korisničko iskustvo i postići dugoročan rast i uspjeh.
Abstract (english)
E-banking has become crucial for modern business, transforming the way financial institutions operate and how customers manage their finances. The use of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis, has enabled the automation of many processes, personalization of services, and improvement of security and customer experience. Banks that successfully integrate these technologies and adapt to the growing and changing needs of their clients will be best positioned for success in the digital era. E-banking is not only the future of financial services but also key to maintaining competitiveness in today's market. With a growing number of users who prefer digital channels, banks must continuously innovate to provide 24/7 services that are easily accessible from anywhere. At the same time, managing large amounts of data enables more accurate market trend predictions and informed business decisions. Ultimately, banks that successfully implement e-banking will be able to offer a superior customer experience and achieve long-term growth and success.
