Abstract
S obzirom na važnost cijepljenja u današnjem procesu uzgoja ribe, osiguranje sigurnog radnog okoliša iznimno je važno kako dobrobit zaposlenika, tako i za dobrobit proizvoda. Postoji više prisutnih rizika tijekom procesa testiranja učinkovitosti cjepiva kod riba i svrha ovog završnog rada je ispitati potrebne mjere zaštite na radu tijekom navedenog procesa. Ispitivanje cjepiva za ribe koje će biti analizirano se obavlja u ABT Innovia-i, jednom od dijelova firme AquaBioTech Ltd. Glavni dio ispitivanja cjepiva za ribe jeste samo cijepljenje riba, no cijeli proces uključuje i druge korake poput dostave ribe, ispitivanja zdravstvenog stanja ribe, perioda karantene, anestezije, challenge-a, eutanazije te dezinfekcije i pripreme za sljedeće ispitivanje. Da bi ispitivanje bilo uspješno, ribe moraju obitavati u zdravom okolišu. S obzirom na to, nekoliko kemikalija i agensa, koji potencijalno mogu ugroziti zdravlje radnika, je korišteno. Ovaj završni rad bazirat će se na rizike koji se mogu pojaviti u svakom koraku prilikom procesa ispitivanja učinkovitosti cjepiva kod riba i zaštitne mjere za eliminiranje, odnosno smanjivanje tih rizika.
