Abstract
Rad prikazuje način rada i funkcionalnost višekriterijskog alata za pomoć pri odlučivanju diviz. Prvobitno se pobliže opisuje projekt „Decision Deck“ u kojemu je sadržan alat diviz, koji su namjere i ciljevi projekta te kome je projekt namijenjen. U detalje se opisuje sam alat diviz, njegove mogućnosti, način na koji se koristi te kakve rezultate može prikazati. Također se pobliže objašnjavaju pojmovi višekriterijske analize, MCDA metode, transformacija određene metode u XMCDA te težinski model koji će se koristiti u radu. Kroz praktični dio ponajprije se definira sam problem pri odlučivanju, njegovi kriteriji, alternative te tablica performansi. Kroz dva scenarija se pobliže opisuju svi koraci stvaranja modela koji će se koristiti u diviz alatu te se opisuju dobiveni rezultati. Zaključno se objašnjava važnost i korisnost alata višekriterijske analize te kako se oni koriste u praksi.
