Abstract
Ovaj završni rad opisuje tijek izrade multimedijske aplikacije koristeći određene tehnike i alate. Izrađena aplikacija služi za prikaz tjelovježbi koje ukazuju na važnost fizičke aktivnosti kod svih ljudi, a posebice kod osoba koji provode puno vremena u sjedilačkim pozicijama. U tu skupinu se velikim dijelom ubrajaju informatičari pa se uz rad predstavljaju i neki od problema koji se pojavljuju kod sjedilačkih poslova. U radu se analiziraju određene fitness aplikacije koje dovode do poboljšanja tjelesnog stanja tijela. U analizi se prikazuju i uspoređuju funkcionalnosti koje te aplikacije nude. Temeljem toga izrađena je mobilna multimedijska aplikacija čije su karakteristike analizirane i unaprjeđene prema taksonomiji Heller & Martin. Opisana je izrada aplikacije u alatu po nazivu Adalo kao i ostali alati koji su korišteni za uređivanje multimedijskog sadržaja.
