Abstract
U ovom se radu nastoji prepoznati probleme kod uvođenja poslovne inteligencije u poslovanje poduzeća. Poslovna se inteligencija objašnjava kao proces prikupljanja i distribucije informacija, sve uz pomoć softverskih alata koji pomažu u ostvarenju ciljeva poduzeća. Business intelligence alati važni su za tvrtku kako bi prepoznala ponašanje i reakciju kupaca, odnosno kako bi poboljšala vidljivost i efikasnost poslovanja. Pomoću njih se prikupljaju podaci iz dinamičnih okruženja i donose učinkovite odluke. Osim poslovne inteligencije, u radu se opisuje i prikupljanje, skladištenje i rudarenje podataka, te OLAP i ETL procesi. Koristeći metodu intervjua prikupljeni su potrebni podaci koji odgovaraju na problem istraživanja. Najveći je naglasak stavljen na integraciju poslovne inteligencije u Istrakopu d.o.o. u kojem se zaposlenici često otpiru bilo kakvim digitalnim promjenama.
