Abstract
Umjetna inteligencija označava strojeve i sustave koji svojim radom oponašaju ljudsku inteligenciju kako bi izvršili zadane zadatke. Chatbot je vrsta umjetne inteligencije, računalni program dizajniran sa ciljem da olakša ljudsku interakciju sa računalom. Pomoću chatbota računala razumiju i odgovaraju na ljudski unos, bilo to putem govornih naredbi, tekstualnih poruka ili oboje. Kroz ovaj rad biti će objašnjena umjetna inteligencija, chatbot tehnologija te će biti prikazana izgradnja chatbota pomoću Google Dialogflow alata
