Abstract
U radu je analizirana struktura poštanskog tržišta u Europi s posebnim osvrtom na hrvatsko tržište poštanskih usluga. Iznesene su bitne činjenice vezane uz ekonomske značajke istoga te su dani relevantni podaci kojima se ukazuje na važnost poštanskog prometa za ukupno gospodarstvo. Detaljno je opisano stanje nacionalnog davatelja poštanskih usluga u Hrvatskoj, Hrvatske Pošte te su prikazana buduća predviđanja poslovanja istog. Radom se nastoji pobliže razraditi tematika poštanskog prometa te se prikazati sadašnje i buduće stanje hrvatskog poštanskog tržišta. Također, uspoređuje se odnos nacionalnog i ostalih davatelja poštanskih usluga u Hrvatskoj te se isti uspoređuje sa europskim primjerima u cilju što detaljnijeg i vjernijeg prikaza postojećeg kao i budućeg stanja Hrvatske Pošte na domaćem i europskom tržištu.
