Abstract
Problem istraživanja proizlazi iz nedostatne ugostiteljske ponude kampova na području jadranske Hrvatske. Na temelju prepoznatog problema istraživanja odabran je predmet istraživanja poslovni plan ugostiteljskog koncepta „Craft kutak“ u kampu Lanterna. Odluka o ulaganju u navedeni projekt temelji se na analizi budućih prihoda, marketing miksa, tehničko-tehnološke analize buduće lokacije, tehničkog opisa projekta. Prilikom izrade rada korištene su metode analize, sinteze, indukcije, dedukcije, kompilacije, generalizacije te statističke metode. Financijska analiza projekta i ocjena učinkovitosti pokazuju kako je projekt likvidan, ekonomičan i donosi zadovoljavajuću razinu prihoda. Na temelju izrade poslovnog plana i analize učinkovitosti projekta, može se zaključiti da je isplativo ulagati u poduzetnički projekt ugostiteljskog koncepta „Craft kutak“ u kampu Lanterna.
Abstract (english)
The research problem stems from the inadequate catering offer of camps in the Adriatic region. On the basis of the recognized research problem, the subject of the study was the business plan of the catering concept "Craft Corner" in the Camp Lanterna. The investment decision in the above project is based on the analysis of future revenues, marketing mixes, technical-technological analysis of the future location, technical description of the project. Methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, compilation, generalization and statistical method were used during the work. The project's financial analysis and performance rating show that the project is liquid, economical, and brings a satisfactory level of revenue. Based on a business plan design and project effectiveness analysis, it can be concluded that it is profitable to invest in the entrepreneurial project of the catering concept "Craft Corner" at Camp Lanterna.
