| Abstract | Potpore za samozapošljavanje su državne potpore usmjerene prema nezaposlenim osobama
koje se odluče na pokretanje vlastitog posla, a prijavljene su u evidenciju Hrvatskog zavoda za
zapošljavanje. Uvjete i načine korištenja potpore izdaje Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga
sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike koje, između ostalog, obavlja i poslove koji se odnose na
politiku zapošljavanja, tržište rada i aktivnu politiku zapošljavanja. Cilj ove mjere je financijska
podrška nezaposlenim osobama za pokrivanje početnih troškova poslovanja i rada poslovnog
subjekta.
Svrha ovog rada je dobiti uvid u zainteresiranost mladih ljudi za korištenje potpora za
samozapošljavanje. Isto tako, koristeći se podacima dobivenima od strane Hrvatskog zavoda za
zapošljavanje, istražilo se u kojim je djelatnostima samozapošljavanje izraženo, a u kojima
deficitarno te postoji li trend rasta novouključenih osoba u potpore za samozapošljavanje u
razdoblju od 2016. godine do 2020. godine. Koristeći online upitnik, omogućen je uvid u
upoznatost mladih ljudi s potporama za samozapošljavanje te interesom za njihovo korištenje.
Integriranjem spoznaja koje se baziraju na podacima prikupljenih od strane Hrvatskog zavoda
za zapošljavanje te na podacima prikupljenima putem online upitnika, omogućeno je
razumijevanje odnosa preferiranih djelatnosti mladih ljudi te stvarne situacije u području
dodjeljivanja potpora za samozapošljavanje.
Rezultati su pokazali kako postoji trend rasta novouključenih osoba iz područja svih djelatnosti
u razdoblju od 2016. godine uz izuzetak 2020. godine. Isto tako, prepoznata su područja
djelatnosti s izraženim brojem novouključenih osoba u potpore za zapošljavanje. Rezultati su
pokazali kako se čak 47% ispitanika vidi u poduzetničkim vodama u budućnosti te kako čak
71% ispitanika prati neki od srodnih web portala putem kojih dobivaju mogućnost prikupljanja
dodatnih informacija, praćenja trendova poduzetništva te modela vođenja tvrtki. Međutim, valja
istaknuti i kako čak 51% njih smatra kako samozapošljavanje nije dovoljno promovirano kako
u medijima, tako i u obrazovnom sustavu. Također, rezultati su pokazali kako postoji slaganje
između preferiranih područja djelatnosti mladih ljudi te stvarne situacije u vezi sa
samozapošljavanjem mladih ljudi unazad nekoliko godina. |
| Abstract (english) | Self-employment grants are a form of state aid directed towards unemployed persons who
decide to start their own business and are registered in the records of the Croatian Employment
Service. The conditions and methods of using the grants are issued by the Ministry of Labor,
Pension System, Family and Social Policy, which, among other things, performs tasks related
to employment policy, labor market and active employment policy. The aim of this measure is
to provide financial aid to unemployed persons to cover the initial operating and operating costs
of a business entity.
The purpose of this paper is to gain insight into the interest of young people in the use of selfemployment grants. Also, using the data obtained from the Croatian Employment Service, the
aim of this paper is to understand in which activities people self-employ themselves, and in
which self-employment is deficient. Also, the aim is to understand whether there is a growth
trend of newly included persons in the self-employment grants in the period from 2016 to 2020.
Using the online questionnaire, it was possible to gain insight into the familiarity of young
people with the self-employment grants and their interest in using them. By integrating
knowledge based on data collected by the Croatian Employment Service and on data collected
through online questionnaires, it is possible to understand the relationship between the preferred
activities of young people and the real situation in the field of granting the self-employment
grants.
The results have shown that there was a growth trend of newly included persons from the field
of all activities in the period from 2016, with the exception of 2020. Also, areas of activity with
a significant number of newly included persons in employment grants have been identified. The
results have also shown that as many as 47% of respondents saw themselves in entrepreneurial
waters in their future, and that as many as 71% of respondents followed some of the related
web portals through which they get the opportunity to gather additional information, monitor
entrepreneurship trends and business models. However, it should be noted that as many as 51%
of them believe that self-employment is not sufficiently promoted in the media and in the
education system. Also, the results have shown that there was a general agreement with the
areas of interest of young people and the trend of new people involved in these activities over
the past few years. |
