Abstract
U današnje vrijeme globalnog tržišta i sve jače konkurencije tvrtke su počele sve više percipirati važnost motiviranosti svojih djelatnika i njihova zadovoljstva, uočivši prednosti i pozitivan utjecaj tih faktora na poslovanje. Radna motivacija i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika međusobno su povezani, a više je čimbenika koji utječu na ukupno zadovoljstvo zaposlenika u nekoj organizaciji i važno je o njima voditi brigu. U ovom je radu analizirana motiviranost i zadovoljstvo radom zaposlenika na radnom mjestu prodavača u tvrtki dmdrogerie markt, koja u Hrvatskoj glasi kao jedan od najpoželjnijih poslodavaca na tržištu. Rezultati su pokazali da predmetna tvrtka ulaže u postizanje zadovoljstva svojih djelatnika, no postoji još uvijek značajan prostor za napredak u pogledu otvaranja više mogućnosti napredovanja zaposlenicima, donošenja preciznijih i transparentnijih odluka, boljeg prepoznavanja potencijala zaposlenih te primjerenije organizacije rada nedjeljom.
Abstract (english)
At the time when global markets are marked by strong competition, companies have started to recognize the importance of employee motivation and job satisfaction, and their benefits and positive impact on work. Employee motivation and job satisfaction are correlated and there are a few factors that impact overall job satisfaction within an organization and it is important to address them. This dissertation analyses salespeople motivation and job satisfaction in dm-drogerie markt as one of the most desirable employers on the Croatian market. The analysis shows that though the company invests in the job satisfaction of its employees there is still significant room for improvement when it comes to professional development and promotion, making more precise and transparent decisions, better recognition of employee potentials and more adequate work organization on Sundays.
