Abstract
U ovom završnom radu definiran je pojam franšize, opisana je povijest franšiza i stanje u Hrvatskoj u smislu franšiznog poslovanja i zakonskog okvira franšiza. Istraživanje tržišta je planirani postupak prikupljana i analiziranja podataka u svrhu marketinških aktivnosti ili donošenja poslovnih odluka. U ovom radu istražene su mogućnosti otvaranja Hard Rock Cafea te su iznesene prednosti i nedostatci tog pothvata. Zaključak istraživanja je da postoji mogućnost otvaranja Hard Rock Cafea u Zagrebu, što ovisi o vlasnikovu kapitalu, sposobnostima i sklonosti preuzimanja rizika.
Abstract (english)
In this final, we define the term "franchise", and describe history of franchises and the state of franchising in Croatia with regards to the legal framework in which they exist. Market research is a planned process of collecting and analyzing data for the purpose of marketing, or making business decisions. This paper explores the possibilities of opening a Hard Rock Cafe and presents the advantages and disadvantages of such venture. The conclusion of the study is that there is a possibility of opening the Hard Rock Cafe in Zagreb, however it depends on the owner's capital, their capabilities and their risk aversion.
