Abstract
Mrtvo dizanje vrlo je kompleksna vježba koja uključuje veliki broj mišića i mnogobrojne zglobove. Cilj rada je kineziološka analiza vježbe mrtvo dizanje. Vrlo je važno spomenuti da nepravilnim izvođenjem vježbe može doći do težih ozlijeda. Gledajući dugoročno, izvođenjem mrtvog dizanja razvija se koordinacija te sinkronizacija više mišićnih skupina koje su aktivirane tijekom izvedbe vježbe. Postoji velik broj varijacija mrtvog dizanja od kojih će svaka u radu biti ukratko opisana, a najčešće varijacije koje se koriste jesu konvencionalno i sumo mrtvo dizanje. Analizirane su i najčešće greške ove vježbe kao i kako ih ispraviti što će biti objašnjeno u metodici mrtvog dizanja.
Abstract (english)
The deadlift is a very complex exercise which involves a huge number of muscles and a large number of joints. The aim of the paper is a kinesiological analysis of a deadlift exercise. It is very important to mention that improperly performing the exercise can lead to more serious injuries. In the long term, performing deadlifts excellently develops coordination and synchronization of multiple muscle groups that are activated during the performance of the exercise. There are a large number of deadlift variations, each of which will be briefly described in the paper, and the most common variations used are conventional and sumo deadlifts. The most common mistakes of this exercise were analyzed, as well as how to correct them, which will be explained in the deadlift methodology.
