Abstract
Lumbalni bolni sindrom jest sindrom koji zahvaća velik dio populacije. U okviru ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje o fizioterapijskim postupcima kod osoba s lumbalnim bolnim sindromom. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 35 pacijenata, za što su korištene metode analize podataka iz fizioterapeutskih kartona pacijenata i kratka anketa. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da su najzastupljeniji fizioterapijski postupci magnetoterapija, UZV i parafinoterapija. Više od 50 % pacijenata nakon završetka terapije osjećalo je poboljšanje ili se potpuno oporavilo što potvrđuje učinkovitost fizioterapijskih postupaka. Unatoč poboljšanju stanja nakon primjene terapije, mnogi pacijenti koriste medikamentu terapiju za smanjenje bolova, a mnogi od njih su i na bolovanju. Cilj istraživanja je na osnovu dobivenih rezultata istraživanja spoznati najučinkovitije fizioterapijske postupke i dokazati da je za uspješnost rehabilitacije važan individualni pristup pacijentu i što brža uspostava dijagnoze te početak primjene terapije.
Abstract (english)
Lumbar pain syndrome is a syndrome that affects a large part of the population. Within this paper, a study of physiotherapeutic procedures was made with research of people with lumbar pain syndrome. The study was conducted on a sample of 35 patients for which data analysis methods were used from patient physiotherapeutic cartons and a short survey. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the most prominent physiotherapeutic procedures are magnet-therapy, ultrasound and paraffino-therapy. More than 50% of the patients after the end of the therapy had an improvement or completely recovered, confirming the effectiveness of physiotherapy procedures. Despite the improvement in the condition after the therapy, many patients use medical pain relief treatment and many of them are also on job relese. The aim of the research is to find the most effective physiotherapeutic procedures based on the results of the research and to prove that the successfulness of the rehabilitation is an important individual approach to the patient and the faster diagnosis and the beginning of the therapy.
