Abstract
Danas, kada je suradnja s drugim kulturama u međunarodnom poslovanju postala svakodnevica, interkulturalna komunikacija postaje uvjet bez kojeg poslovanje na globalnoj razini nije moguće. Međunarodno poslovanje sa sobom nosi niz izazova vezanih uz kulturne razlike, koji imaju utjecaj i na poslovne odnose. Uspješnost interkulturalne komunikacije prvenstveno ovisi o poznavanju vlastite kulture uopće, a posebno je u međunarodnom poslovanju potrebno poznavati pravila i vrijednosti koja razlikuju pripadnike jedne kulture od pripadnika druge kulture. Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti kulturološke razlike u pojedinim zemljama svijeta, kako bi predstavnici tvrtki mogli izvršiti dobru pripremu za međusobnu komunikaciju i uspješno poslovanje na globalnom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Today, when cooperation with other cultures in international business has become commonplace, intercultural communication is becoming a condition without which doing business globally is not possible. International business brings along a number of challenges related to cultural differences, which also have an impact on business relations. The success of intercultural communication primarily depends on knowing one's own culture in general, and especially in international business it is necessary to know the rules and values that distinguish members of one culture from members of another culture. The aim of this paper is to present the cultural differences in individual countries of the world, so that company representatives can make good preparation for mutual communication and successful business in the global market.
