Abstract | Promjene u načinu života ostvarile su i promjene u očekivanju ljudi prema životu, kako čovjeka kao potrošača tako i čovjeka kao radnika. Nastale promjene postavile su izazove ispred maloprodajnih organizacija kako pribaviti, razvijati i zadržati kvalitetan radni kadar. Pod utjecajem razvoja IT tehnologije internet portali su se pokazali kao najbrži način za oglašavanje radnih mjesta, zaprimanje ponuda za rad, obavljanje psiholoških testiranja, razvojnih edukacija čak i obavljanja razgovora za posao putem video poziva. Izmjena informacija oko ponude i potražnje radnih mjesta nikad nije bila brža. Danas je na raspolaganju niz tvrtki koje se mogu angažirati kako bi se bavili edukacijom, motivacijom i razvojem zaposlenika. Povećana briga za zaposlenika rezultirala je zadovoljnijim radnim kadrom koji ostaje u dugoročnijem radnom odnosu i svojim radom doprinosi uspješnosti poduzeća. |
Abstract (english) | The changes happening in the way of living affected also the changes in peoples expectations towards life. The changes influenced an individual or a man not only as a consumer but as a worker too. The resulting changes set up challenges to retail organizations, on how to acquire, develop, and keep skilled and highly qualified employees. Influenced by the great development of IT technology, the internet portals appeared to be the most sophisticated and the fastest way of advertising, such as applying for a job, offering employment, receiving job offers, running psychological tests, establishing educations, and even running interviews for getting a job through a video call. According to rapid and massive communication, as wel as the great information exchange, applying for a job and getting employed has never been faster.. Today, many companies are available to perform certain educations, encourage motivation, and deal with the personal development of their employees. Huge care for employees resulted in a highly trained and qualified working staff, primarily motivated by personal satisfaction, which includes a steady job and long-lasting working8 relationship, which undoubtedly leads to the prosperity of a company. |
