Abstract Zaraza COVID-a 19 prvi se put pojavljuje krajem 2019. godine u glavnom gradu Kineske provincije Hubei.
Abstract (english) The infection of COVID 19 first appeared at the end of 2019 in the capital of the Chinese province of Hubei. Shortly after the appearance of the COVID-19 virus, an epidemic was declared throughout the planet Earth that began in 2020, more precisely in the USA the pandemic was declared in January, and in Croatia in March. The epidemic soon caused catastrophic effects on the global economy. One of the most affected economic branches is tourism. Due to the lockdown and measures to prevent the spread of the disease, travel has been reduced to a minimum. Logistics have also experienced major disruptions due to the pandemic. Border closures, cargo restrictions and flight reductions have resulted in supply chain disruptions. Many factories were forced to stop production or operate with very limited capacities. Raw material shortages, transportation issues and reduced demand have created challenges for supply chains around the world. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, ebusiness was of high importance for the global economy. With the emergence of the Coivd-19 virus, e-business has become even more popular, but this popularity has not come without certain challenges. As physical stores were closed or restricted, consumers increasingly turned to online shopping. Many companies in different industries had to change their entire way of doing business, and this paper investigates the effects of newly implemented business models during the corona crisis. Various e-business models that came with the implementation of new technologies accelerated the ways of working in all industries of the world, but with the advent of the pandemic, they were additionally modified and used in that way. Online services such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer were extremely important during the pandemic because they served as the main and most used means of communication. However, while working from home has provided flexibility and security during the pandemic, many organizations still face challenges related to productivity, teamwork and employee mental health.
