Abstract
U ovom radu navode se postupci zaštite okoliša u kojima se zaštita od nadležnih tijela može zahtijevati kroz izricanje upravnih mjera u svezi zaštite okoliša. Koji su planirani načini i ciljevi zaštite okoliša u Republici Hrvatskoj, te kojim se upravnim mjerama nastoji uspostaviti ravnoteža između postupanja i odgovornosti koju imaju fizičke i pravne osobe u radnjama koje provode u obavljanju određenih štetnih djelatnosti i utjecaju takvih radnji i djelovanja na stanje i zdravlje okoliša i okoliš u cjelini. Koje su sličnosti i razlike te kako one djeluju u postupcima koje provode javnopravna tijela u donošenju odluka u mjerama zaštite, otklanjanja i uspostave prijašnjeg stanja u svezi sa zaštitom okoliša u onakvo stanje kakvo je bilo prije nastanka štete i u odnosu na postupke zaštite okoliša koje građani mogu zahtijevati pred nadležnim sudovima kroz građanskopravnu zaštitu.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes procedures for the protection of the environment, where protection can be requested from the competent authorities through the imposition of administrative measures in terms of environmental protection. What are the planned methods and objectives of environmental protection in the Republic of Croatia and what administrative measures are used to establish a balance between the actions and responsibility of natural and legal persons in carrying out certain harmful activities and the effects of these actions and measures on the state and health of the environment and the environment as a whole. What are the similarities and differences and how do they affect the procedures carried out by public law bodies when making decisions on measures to protect, eliminate and restore the previous state in connection with environmental protection to the state prior to the occurrence of damage, and in relation to environmental protection procedures that citizens can claim before the competent courts within the framework of civil protection.
